Made slowly, on purpose.
We began with a simple refusal: that something made well should not have to be made fast. Everything that carries our name is the result of that decision, held to over and over.
For years we looked for something that met a plain standard — honest ingredients, a form worth keeping, nothing added to make it travel further or sit longer on a shelf. We kept not finding it.
So we made it. The first run was small enough to count by hand, and we sold it to people who already trusted us. That number has grown since. The way we decide what goes in has not.
