01. About these terms
By placing an order on our website you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If anything is unclear, contact us before you order.
02. Orders and payment
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract is formed once we confirm your order has been dispatched. Payments are processed securely by our checkout provider; we never see or store your full card details.
03. Prices and availability
All prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We try to keep every product in stock, but if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will let you know and refund you in full.
04. Delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. Orders over $75 ship free. Risk in the products passes to you once they are delivered to the address you gave us.
05. Returns and refunds
You can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days and we will replace or refund it. Refunds are made to your original payment method.
06. Using our products
Our products are for external cosmetic use only. Always read the label and patch test before first use. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. Nothing on this website is medical advice.
07. Content on this website
All text, images and designs on this website belong to Orvéli or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
08. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
